What began in 2009 as a way to connect with other leaders in the kids yoga community has grown into the longest running kids yoga podcast. Donna Freeman is passionate about all things yoga. She covers a wide variety of topics aimed at highlighting amazing work being done and providing tools and tips for immediate use in your life, classes and work.
